Having celebrated Thanksgiving here in the U.S. this past weekend, most of us are reflecting on the things for which we are thankful. In so doing, we are opening up the possibilities for what we will attract now and in the future.
Since I launched Jenerosity Marketing, the one comment that I get most often is “I love the name of your company.”
This pleases me tremendously as it is a direct reflection of me and my personal values.
Generosity is also one of the tenets upon which the company is based.
“Pay it forward and good things will come back to you.”
I have seen this happen time and again.
You ask someone how they are doing, offer to help them in some way and the next thing you know, you are being paid for what you are doing.
Or you are getting another lead or referral that will result in more business.
I manage Jenerosity with this idea in mind.
We are a “heart-based” organization – we want to help people and educate our colleagues in the licensing and promotions industries on social media and digital marketing.
We truly aim to “go above and beyond” and do everything we can to ensure our integrity while over-delivering for our Clients.
And when you are grateful for what you have in your life, instead of focusing on what you don’t have, it is MUCH easier to be generous with others.
About a month and a half ago, I started a Facebook program called 100 Days of Gratitude.
Since starting this exercise, I have experienced an expansion in my business and the way that we are being received.
We have almost effortlessly signed two new Clients about whom we are very excited.
We have negotiated our first deal for an existing Client.
And we are scheduling calls and meetings with extremely desirable potential partners, many of whom are excited at the prospect of working with us.
Now, we still have a ways to go, of course, but in focusing on all of the positive things that are happening, we get into the flow and attract more positive results.
And you can too!!!
Have you seen your business grow as a result of gratitude and generosity? If so, tell us how in the Comments below…
